Performance Report and Action Plan 2009 - Consultation Outcomes

In August 2009, we published our Performance Report and Action Plan 2009 (see below) and invited comment on both the content of the plan and two specific proposals arising from our review of emergency cover.

The consultation exercise ran for a period of twelve weeks following which the outcomes were reported to the Combined Fire Authority in December 2009. A number of decisions were taken at this time and we are now pleased to provide an update in the form of a leaflet which summarises the consultation outcomes.

We are particularly grateful to those people who responded as part of the consultation and would thank all consultees for their continuing interest in the work of the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.

On behalf of the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority, welcome to this Performance Report and Action Plan (PR&AP) for 2009 which incorporates in full the latest Emergency Cover Review.

This is a consultation document, and we are seeking your views on proposals we are making. Consultation starts on 17th August and conclude on 9th November.
