In August 2008 we began a period of consultation surrounding our Performance Report and Action Plan 2008 and invited comment on both the content of the plan and a number of specific proposals around proposed changes to the way in which we deliver our services. Consultation ran for 12 weeks following which the outcomes were reported to the Combined Fire Authority in December and a number of decisions were taken.
We are now pleased to provide an update of these decisions in the form of a summary leaflet which can be accessed by selecting the link below.
